01See it live
One in five New Jersey conferences already runs here.
Big North, Northwest Jersey and Super Essex are 120 schools across six counties, and every one of their games is on a schedule that nobody had to type. The sites are open right now, so go look before you read another word of ours.

Big North Conference

Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference
nwjerseyac.org39 schools · Morris, Sussex and Warren counties · one schedule for the whole conference, 3 vendors read, 12,901 games

Super Essex Conference

Those 120 schools are more than a quarter of NJSIAA’s member schools, and every one of these sites carries a Built by Athlitiq mark in its footer.
02Pick your look
Start with one of four looks, then make it yours.
Every conference gets the same schedule, scores and office tools underneath. The look on top is your choice. Take any of the four as it stands, or work with our team to fit it to your conference: your colors, your crest, your typefaces, and which sections run in what order.

Standard
Your crest and name across a bright masthead, with a game photo and your conference’s numbers right below it. Big North, Northwest Jersey, Super Essex and Union County all run this look today.

Premium
Dark from top to bottom, with a full-width game photo, a headline in big condensed type, and a Next Up card of the coming games laid over the picture. The demo runs on Northwest Jersey’s real schedule.

Front Page
Your crest fills the screen for a moment as the site opens. Then the page reads like a newspaper’s sports section: the coming games scroll across the top, your member schools’ logos sit in a row beneath them, and your top story leads with a big photo.

Friday Night
Set like a magazine cover: your name in serif type across a cream masthead, then a big serif headline laid over a game photo, with one word picked out in your accent color.

One schedule for the whole conference, whichever company each school uses.
In Northwest Jersey, 27 schools keep their schedules in DigitalSports, 11 in ArbiterLive and 1 in a calendar feed of its own. None of those systems was set up to show the whole conference in one place. When Tuesday’s game moves to Thursday, the conference hears about it in a group text, if it hears at all.
Several times a day we read every member school’s schedule where it already lives and put each game on one conference calendar. A moved game shows its new date, a cancelled one is marked, and the home and away listings of the same game count once. Your athletic directors keep using the system they already have, and nobody types a game in.

One school, as three live feeds spell it
Real alias rows from the production resolver. The match is on which school it is, so three feeds spelling Mount Olive three ways still land on one record.
The first conference’s schedule through it: 524 duplicates collapsed, 1,078 hidden games recovered, 10 member schools re-identified, 0 schools asked to change anything.

Why it matters
For 98 of every 100 games in this conference, no vendor publishes the score.
04Your news, posted for you
The commissioner stops being the webmaster.
Nobody in a conference office was hired to run a website. The commissioner is usually a sitting or retired athletic director, and the all-conference teams wait in an inbox until somebody has a free evening.
Send us whatever you want on the site: a news story, the all-conference teams, the banquet date, a new officer. It’s up within 24 hours, laid out to match every other page. Nobody in your office has to open an editor, and you still decide what goes up.
The pieces that belong to a school stay with that school. Each athletic director signs in, sees only their own school, and keeps its directory entry and final scores current. Every change is logged with what it said before.

05What your conference gets
Everything anyone asks your conference on a Friday night, on one site with your name on it.
The reporter who wants the score at 10 PM, the athletic director confirming the reschedule went through, the player looking up Saturday’s opponent, the principal checking the standings before a board meeting, the sponsor deciding whether the conference is worth backing. Your schools already publish most of it, each in its own vendor; your site gathers it under your crest, and nobody in the office retypes a line. Every tile below is a screenshot of a conference site that is running right now.

Your crest at your own address
The masthead carries your crest, your colors and your conference’s name, at an address you own instead of a vendor’s subdomain.

Every school on one wall
Forty-one crests on one screen, and each one opens that school’s own athletics page, whichever vendor runs it.

Schedules that fill themselves
The day’s games sit on the front page, built overnight from each school’s own schedule, with the next four days one tap away and a count beside each.

Scores the night they happen
The athletic director taps the game on a phone and types two numbers, and it is on the schedule before the bus is back.

Standings by sport and season
Every sport’s table is one click away, across all three seasons. Computed standings are in build, and 07 marks them that way.

Tickets on the game
The GoFan link sits on the game itself, so a parent finds it on the schedule instead of hunting the host school’s site.

Video under your name
Broadcasts, highlights and the awards dinner, embedded from wherever the footage already lives.

A directory that stays current
Athletic directors, officers and committee chairs, each row edited by the person whose name is on it.

Announcements in one switch
A pop-up on arrival and a banner on every page, switched on from the office and switched off when the snow day is over.
06Why conferences
Every vendor sells to the school. The conference owns the championships, the standings and the honors.
What the conference is offered is a free bolt-on to somebody else’s school product. So the record lives in a spreadsheet with a tab per sport, kept by a commissioner on top of a full-time job.
In New Jersey alone
conference websites now redirect to a vendor's marketing page, after the platform they were built on shut down.
of those conferences have no working website at all.
companies sell software to the conference itself.
Counted by hand against the NJSIAA’s published list of conferences, twice.
